In the summer of 2023, The Hallmark firm served as CO-Lead Developer along with AION Partners, and won the Request for Interest (RFI) from the City of Buffalo to redevelop the Broadway Arsenal, an iconic, and historic building in the African American Heritage Corridor.  The public works garage occupies a 4.67-acre parcel that fronts both Broadway and William Street and includes 181,150 square feet of space. Originally known as the Broadway Arsenal and then the Broadway Auditorium, the building has historical significance within the community as a former sporting venue. It is considered one of the oldest surviving buildings in the country to have hosted professional hockey.
