Hallmark Planning & Development served as the primary engagement consultant supporting Evergreen Health and Community Access Services (CAS) in advancing the Kensington–Bailey Healthcare Center through data-driven planning and robust community engagement. We conducted a detailed needs assessment of ZIP codes 14214 and 14215 to identify gaps in care and key health disparities, and facilitated an asset-based community development process to ground the project in local strengths. Hallmark organized and led the Stakeholder Advisory Council, coordinated public meetings, and developed the project website to ensure transparent communication. Our work helps Evergreen/CAS design a healthcare center shaped by community priorities and focused on improving long-term health equity.
