Hallmark Planning & Development is supporting the Rochester Civil Rights Heritage Park by leading community engagement, planning coordination, and stakeholder facilitation to advance this historic public space. Our team works closely with the City of Rochester, community leaders, clergy, youth groups, and neighborhood stakeholders to capture stories, gather input, and ensure the park’s design honors the legacy of the Civil Rights movement—particularly the leadership of Minister Franklin D. Florence and F.I.G.H.T. We guide outreach sessions, document community priorities, and help shape a park vision that reflects cultural history while creating an inclusive, educational, and inspiring space for future generations.
