Buffalo Sewer Authority Green Infrastructure (Rain Check 2.0)

Hallmark Planning & Development supports the Buffalo Sewer Authority’s Rain Check 2.0 Green Infrastructure Program by leading a comprehensive outreach and engagement strategy that connects residents, businesses, and community partners to green stormwater solutions. As BSA expands its investment in rain gardens, permeable surfaces, and neighborhood-scale projects that keep stormwater out of the sewer system, Hallmark designs and facilitates the public engagement process that ensures Buffalo residents understand the benefits, locations, and opportunities tied to the program. Our work includes crafting accessible public information, hosting community conversations, coordinating stakeholders across priority neighborhoods, and elevating public feedback to guide project decisions. Through this work, Hallmark helps advance a cleaner, greener, and more resilient Buffalo—one block at a time.
